We are licensed and experienced providers of the following commercial, institutional, and industrial services: plumbing, sewer and drain, heating, cooling, chiller, cooling towers, refrigeration, and backflow services. We also provide commercial grade air quality and water quality services.

Yes. In addition to our regular line-up of residential and commercial services, we provide geothermal heat pump and electrical generator services, including ongoing maintenance, repair, and installation.

The following reflects our company’s charges for work performed during normal business hours:

• Service Call Fee: $44.00
• Fuel Surcharge in Dubois County: $5.00 per truck
• Fuel Surcharge Outside Dubois County: $10 per truck
• Plumbing Services, including Water Treatment: $115 per hour
• Plumbing Helper (when needed): $85 per hour
• HVAC Services, including Geothermal Heat Pump: $125 per hour
• HVAC Helper (when needed): $95 per hour
• Generator Services: $140 per hour
• Customers are billed for the materials needed to perform their service.

Yes! The following is our After Hours work schedule:

• After 4:30 PM, M-F
• All day on Saturdays, Sundays, & Holidays

After hours, weekends & holiday service call fees: The call-out fee is increased to $129 and the labor rate is increased to $160 per hour* from our normal weekday fee schedule.

*Billed from the time a technician leaves their home until they return home.

We accept payment by check, cash, plus credit and debit cards: A 2.5% transaction fee is added to the invoice amount for credit and debit card payments.
