The dog-days of summer are in full swing and that means it’s time for afternoons by the pool, dining under the stars, and catching up on your home improvement project to do list. That’s right, these all-too-brief warm weather months are the perfect time to tackle some outdoor projects that call for a well-ventilated work area and warmer temps. So if you’re wondering which home improvement projects you should elevate to “high priority” status, here are few suggestions to help get you in the mood:

1. Window Replacement – If last fall’s ritual of re-caulking and shrink-wrapping your windows didn’t do much to keep the chill out, perhaps it’s time for an upgrade.
