How to Buy a New Air Conditioning System

1. Bigger is not necessarily better.

When considering your new system options, keep in mind that the higher the SEER (seasonal energy efficiency rating), the lower the energy consumption and your monthly utility costs.  SEER ratings range from a low of 13 to a high of 23.
